Smart Works X Radley Charity Donation (the “Promotion”) 

 

  • Radley will donate one handbag per purchase for the first 500 handbags purchased online at support@radley.live during the Promotion Period to Smart Works Charity (Registered Charity in England and Wales No: 1080609).  
  • Donation limit of 500 handbags. 
  • This Promotion is valid between 00:01 and 23:59 GMT on 8th March 2025 only (“Promotion Period”).
  • The handbag donated will not necessarily be the same style, size or colour as the handbag which has been purchased.
  • This Promotion is not available at any Radley stores, any Radley concessions in third-party department stores, or in any other Radley stockists or channels not listed above.  
  • This Promotion cannot be redeemed on any previous Radley purchases. 
  • Customers are encouraged to read these terms and conditions in conjunction with Radley’s online terms and conditions at support@radley.live
  • Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of this Promotion and to withdraw this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 
  • With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of this Promotion.  
  • The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions for The Mother’s Day Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”) 

  1. Introduction
  2. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP. 
  3. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
  4. The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 (GMT) 3rd March 2025 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) 25th March 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”). 
  1. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
  2. Participants must:  
  3. be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and
  4. be aged 18 or over.  
  5. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  6. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information. 
  1. How does the Prize Draw work?
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.  
  3. To enter the Prize Draw participants must enter their details (being their full name and a valid email address) into Radley’s online form at support@radley.live and submit the form (the “Entry”). 
  4. Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.  
  5. All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
  6. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 
  7. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
  8. On 26th March 2025, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  
  9. The winner will be notified on 27th March to the email used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Notification”).   
  10. The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period and as further set out in the Prize Notification in clause 4(c). Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.  
  11. The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
  12. If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. 
  1. What is the Prize?
  2. The winner will receive: 
  3. 4 x Radley handbags of their choice, each up to the value of £300 – one handbag can be selected in each of the following months: March, May, August, and November (the “Radley Products”); and
  4. A 12-month Classic Letterbox Flowers subscription from Bloom & Wild (the “Subscription”), 

(together the “Prize”).

  1. The choice of Radley Products is subject to stock availability online and cannot be redeemed on the Picture Bag range, at any Radley stores, concessions, or other stockists.  
  2. Radley will notify the winner each time they are eligible to choose one of the four Radley Products offered as part of the Prize via the email address used to enter the Prize Draw (each, a “Prize Notification”). To receive their chosen Radley Product, the winner must respond with the information requested in the Prize Notification. The winner must select their handbag within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Prize Notification, or that month’s selection will be forfeited.
  3. Once the winner has responded to the Prize Notification and confirmed their choice, they will receive their chosen Radley Product within 30 days. In the event the winner’s selected Radley Product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable online at support@radley.live Radley will ask the winner to select an alternative Radley Product.   
  4. Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner. 
  5. The Prize is subject to availability.  
  6. Radley will register the winner’s details (being their full name, a valid email address and a valid UK postal address) with Bloom & Wild so that they may redeem their Subscription. Any personal data shared with Bloom & Wild is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website at support@radley.live
  7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

  2. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. 
  3. Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 
  4. If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.  
  5. Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/). 
  6. The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities. 
  7. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  8. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at support@radley.live.  
  9. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
  10. This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Bloom & Wild and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Bloom & Wild.

  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
