Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, original condition, and in original packaging.
- Jewellery worn or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the product is damaged or wrong.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
